Author Guidelines
Everything you need to know before submitting your manuscript.
Manuscript Preparation
Authors should prepare their manuscripts carefully before submission to ensure a smooth review process. The manuscript should be written in clear, concise English and follow the standard structure for research articles.
The manuscript should include the following sections in order:
- Title — A concise and informative title (max 20 words).
- Author Details — Full names, affiliations, email of corresponding author.
- Abstract — A structured summary of 150–300 words covering background, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords — 4–6 keywords relevant to the research topic.
- Introduction — Background context, literature review, research gap, and objectives.
- Methodology — Detailed description of methods, materials, and experimental design.
- Results & Discussion — Clear presentation of findings with analysis and interpretation.
- Conclusion — Summary of key findings, implications, and future research directions.
- References — Properly formatted list of cited sources.
Formatting Rules
- File Format: Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx) or LaTeX.
- Font: Times New Roman, 12pt for body text.
- Spacing: 1.5 line spacing throughout.
- Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
- Page Numbers: Bottom center of each page.
- Figures & Tables: Clearly numbered with captions. Figures should be high-resolution (300 DPI minimum).
- Equations: Numbered sequentially, created using equation editor.
- Length: Research articles: 4,000–8,000 words. Review articles: up to 12,000 words.
References
Authors should follow the APA 7th Edition or IEEE citation style (depending on the discipline). All references cited in the text must appear in the reference list and vice versa.
Example (APA):
- Sharma, P., & Kumar, R. (2025). Deep learning approaches for NLP. Journal of AI Research, 15(3), 45–62. https://doi.org/10.xxxxx
We recommend using reference management tools such as Zotero, Mendeley, or EndNote for accurate formatting.
Plagiarism
All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism before review. A similarity index exceeding 15% (excluding references and properly cited quotations) will result in desk rejection.
